   used anywhere.

/usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/QtCore/5.12.8/QtCore/private/qmetaobject_p.h

As some versions don't have the qtaccessibilitysupportversion.h header.

While here, set SYSTEM_PKG.Fedora.qt5-qtbase-private

To fix build on the robotpkg targets that don't have all the
requirements for those plugins.

As pythonqt v3.2 is not compatible with Qt4 anymore

Add dependencies on
