libJointStateMapper is a library that maps a joint configuration from one joint
convention to another one.

It relies at initialization on two lists of joint name (one for the source, one
for the target) and a mapping between these two.

Then, it can be invoked to 'reorder' a joint state (ori::JointState) from the
source convention to the destination convention.

YARP and pocolibs options have been moved to their own specific package, which
must now be installed separately.
No functional change intended.

This makes things easier to debug afterwards.

Path cropping also enables us to cut path on safety parameters
according to obstacle probabilities and land knowledge.

Enabling cooperative path search.

rednav-genom is a genom wrapper against jafar-lgl and jafar-rednav. The
main goal of rednav-genom is to compute long term navigation trajectory,
possibly in cooperation with some other robots.
