[wip/sot-romeo-v3][patch] hard code library installation directory to lib (avoiding multi-arch installation)

robotModelParser-libs is used by libmove3d to load urdf files

* Do not let cmake guess the system library directory, always use "lib"
* Add a missing <cmath> header for isnan().

patch-aa: Remove internal dependencies, they're not needed here, and were also
potentially wrong (hardcoded boost_python might not be the exact dependency
library).

While here, fix a few minor glitches.
