Update to pkgrevision 1 to force recompiling the package due to binary inconsistency. This is strange because last log in June 16th seems to show that last pinocchio revision was taken into account by triggering a package compilation.

Drop useless CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH definition, as well as the $(info) statement. cmake does not care about ROBOTPKG_BASE, since this is just the location of the robotpkg_* tools, and the $(info) will trigger strange failures in internal scripts that parse the output of some robotpkg targets. Also fix PKGREVISION, no _.

This enables mk/sysdep/cmake.mk to automatically add the proper cmake variables defining the dependency path. While here, tidy the Makefile and uncomment required dependency on gazebo.
