[wip/sot-dynamic-pinocchio-v3] Update comment to better describe the package.

Update to pkgrevision 1 to force recompiling the package due to
binary inconsistency.
This is strange because last log in June 16th seems to show that last pinocchio revision
was taken into account by triggering a package compilation.
