This module gets CHRIS input (egoSphere and OPDB) and converts them to spark compatible posters

Small bugfixes in hri_agent structure.
Add iCub robot constants.

    - set compilation Release mode by default

- Don't hardcode compiler paths
- Fix project version in the package
- Add version information in the library.
- Add a 'display' compilation option.

It would be better to integrate the patches upstream before moving the package
to robotpkg.

   Changes since 1.0:
    - switch to the cmake build system
    - depend on the new pqp package graphics/pqp

Mostly weaken dependencies on external modules: lwr, mocap, viman, etc are no more required
to compile a bare spark.

Updated the Makefile accordingly: if no robots is specified in the pkg options, the bare
spark is produced.

SPARK is the 'reasoning only' part of MHP. It does what we call 'situation assement'.
Don't try to install this package for now since the distfiles are not yet available.

TODO: correct version detection. A mission for you, Anthony ;-)
