Update all package using MASTER_REPOSITORY_OPENROBOTS so that they now use
MASTER_REPOSITORY_OPENROBOTS_TRAC. This is to account for the upcoming
git.openrobots.org migration.

-Added in Environnement poster: boolean to know object position has been set for objects and simple observability computation.

-Added hue management for human identification.

-Added poster to compute distance and pointing facts.

-Added poster used by remote viewer for generci visualization:

--automatic reachability and divergent belief visualization generated inside spark.

required, and not only codel_required.

Vast bugfixing release, with some notable new features:
