There is some kind of download index in the urls, which make it
impossible to compute them. So set MASTER_SITES in the architecture
conditionals.

Use the new FETCH_METHOD=custom method to cope with their
cgi-based downloads urls which send the filename in the HTTP
>Content-disposition: header

And tell the user to copy it in /etc/udev/rules.d manually.

Compilation error with audaspace is resolved for now by simply removing it from compilation.

Else, since SPARK 2.2:

Vast bugfixing release, with some notable new features:
- disable object update when platine moves
- Spark accepts objects seen only from one camera
- isSitting and isLocated for agents
- new request ComputeFacts: Compute spatial relations (visible, reachable,
moving, Spatial Relations, etc) of all objects and agents and send them
to Ontology Server.
