Bump PKGREVISION (again).

Add a patch which tell to cmake to look in ${PWD} to search for Find*
description file. Without that, it can find FindMTI, which lead to a
configure error in the presence of the MTI option.

Bump PKGREVISION

All packages not defining USE_LANGUAGE were relying on the default "c"
value. This commit explicits the dependency on a C compiler.

Lots of improvements and bug fixes since 0.1
Support a lot more sensors in input.

From the pkg point of view, add headings, use the makefile.common, and
clean PLIST.

PKGVERSION is used by the framework so don't use it

Some dependencies are required by the package but were marked as
optional

FindBoost.cmake is a mess, it detects correctly boost_libs with
BOOST_ROOT defined, but not with BOOST_LIBRARYDIR or any other variant,
so go with BOOST_ROOT for moment ...
