Add PKGREVISION.

Drop useless CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH definition, as well as the $(info)
statement. cmake does not care about ROBOTPKG_BASE, since this is just the
location of the robotpkg_* tools, and the $(info) will trigger strange failures
in internal scripts that parse the output of some robotpkg targets.

Also fix PKGREVISION, no _.

This enables mk/sysdep/cmake.mk to automatically add the proper cmake variables
defining the dependency path.

While here, tidy the Makefile and uncomment required dependency on gazebo.

The file does not exists and this breaks the bulk.

Fix wrong PLIST (remove talos-simulation)

This should be used only if the related ros-package cannot be installed.

Following Anthony Mallet proposal to handle properly the package name
on one side and the distribution name on the other side.

Adding a letter behind the package name change the variable PKGVERSION
which breaks the PLIST during the install.
This should be reverted during the next release.

update archive

Add dependency on gazebo and gazebo-ros-pkgs.
While here, clean up the Makefile.

Removed install of docs which depends on doxygen version.

Remove dependency on a file which is not installed.

Update the joint-limit-interface.

* update pkg_revision to trigger bulk build

Drop the HRP2 option in spark-genom as well, since it required this package.
