 * Do not manually define PKGBASE
 * Do not use meta-pkgs/ros-base/Makefile.common, this package is not ros so
   it's useless.
 * Add required dependencies on devel/ros-xacro, interfaces/ros-control-msgs
   and talos-ros-control
 * Let `make mdi` fix distinfo with the correct distfile name

Add *Config.cmake files to the SYSTEM_SEARCH variable, so that
mk/sysdep/cmake.mk automatically computes the cmake *_DIR variables for
packages using this dependency.
