Fix mapping of robot variable to reflect URDF list.

Update the hrp2-14 SRDF files.

* Do not let cmake guess the system library name, robotpkg always installs
  to 'prefix/lib'.
* While here, cleanup unsused variable in depend.mk

* Regen missing entries from PLIST
* Fix DYNAMIC_PLIST_DIRS
* Drop useless ROS_* variables
* Change category from wip to robots
* Sort dependencies
