Better handling of plan display

Still need to update hatponboard and hatponboard-lib once there
are moved over.

Update all package using MASTER_REPOSITORY_OPENROBOTS so that they now use
MASTER_REPOSITORY_OPENROBOTS_TRAC. This is to account for the upcoming
git.openrobots.org migration.

Compile fix for Fedora18 and 19, more generally a bug fix for
graphviz-2.28.0

Change the command line call for hatpconsole but do not brake
the old-fashionned way to call it, scripts should still work.

Change the name used to register to the server

Uses QMake to find include and libraries

hatpconsole was missing libgvc that can be found in graphviz.
Modify the Makefile to add the dependency, and add the file to
find the libgvc (from graphviz). If a project needs libgvc it
should use the file mk/sysdep/libgraphviz.mk instead of the
mk/sysdep/graphviz.mk in order to get the libraries.
As this was a minor change, update the PKGREVISION.

This GUI displays plans as tree and streams. It also stroe all the requests sent
to HATP.
