[wip/hatpconsole] Change hatpconsole command line and do a bug fix

Compile fix for Fedora18 and 19, more generally a bug fix for
graphviz-2.28.0

Change the command line call for hatpconsole but do not brake
the old-fashionned way to call it, scripts should still work.
