[wip/stackoftasks] Finish removing stackoftask (fix 6f2c7f54)

- Delete stackoftasks from toplevel SUBDIR
- Comment out an include of delete stackoftasks file in wip/sot-gui. Should
  wip/sot-gui be removed too?
