Installation and set up on Talos

This is a technical task: simply test that the installation procedure on the robot is working, and possibly document it for other members.

Any new from the robot so far?

A power board has been changed. They are currently checking all the other electronic parts of the robot. It could come back during this week.

Talos is coming back on monday (youhou!)

@ostasse is preparing the robot, checking the software after the robot reparation. An experiment campaign is planned on the 6th. @gbuondon @ostasse please set up your agendas to be available together. Ask @fcaminad to join if relevant.

I recall that the first goal (the goal of this task) is to start the graph on the robot. #7 (closed) is following.

Tests with Gabriele done. I am closing the issue.
