Provide operator== for DistanceResult

Use plain Eigen types

Two tests are failing:
- frontlist: I do not understand why and apparently, the one who wrote the test either (cf TODO in the file)
- geometric_shapes: the normal between two cylinders is not correct. It uses GJK algorithm.

Fix assimp version lower than 2.9.0 + add missing linkage
