dptu-genom3 is a GenoM3 component to manage a Pan-Tilt Unit.

Changes since 1.0:
 . Update codels to the new pass-by-value interface
 . Change the installed .pc name to match component name.

This is the first attempt at packaging genom3 components.
Expect some problems...
