Fix a linker error (remove the needed patch)
Improve link with hatponboard

A button to request all plan existed, add a button to request only
the first plan.

Update hatpconsole, hatptester, libhatp and msgconnector.

Still need to update hatponboard and hatponboard-lib once there
are moved over.

Update all package using MASTER_REPOSITORY_OPENROBOTS so that they now use
MASTER_REPOSITORY_OPENROBOTS_TRAC. This is to account for the upcoming
git.openrobots.org migration.

Some bug fix and change the way to start the program (now can be given options)

In v1.1.0 the logger was always compiled and used.
Now it is an option. If not used, the error and fatal messages
are still printed.

The new version includes :
v1.0.0 : Biggest known bug fix
Logging facility
v1.1.0 : Max planning time handling

Add dependency on boost-log

Uses QMake to find include and libraries

This GUI automatically get all entities and tasks (actions and methods) form HATP.
This allow to create requests with proper value for each parameter.
