[simulation/openhrp3-simulator-wo-rtm] Add openhrp3-simulator-wo-rtm

OpenHRP3 simulator without RTM simplifies greatly the packaging
of this realistic dynamical engine.

An online viewer is implemented based on gepetto-viewer using Osg.

No Java3d, no eclipse.

This package provides the OpenHRP simulator without OpenRTM.
