[wip/talos-data] Update to v1.1.0

Changes since v1.0.0:
- fix for Gazebo 9
- add pyrene.urdf and pyrene.srdf
- roscpp is not required at runtime
- add CMake exports

Packaging changes:
- removed patch-aa, applied upstream
- added CMake exports and header in version checks
