[wip/ros-srdfdom] Upgrade to v0.5.1

Changes since v0.4.2:
- Switch to std::shared_ptr of C++11 (#36)
- Change log{Error,Warn} -> CONSOLE_BRIDGE_log{Error,Warn} (#37)
