[wip/py-hpp-baxter] Update to v4.9.0

Changes in v4.9.0:
- Update to modification in hpp-corbaserver and hpp-manipulation-corba
- Add Baxter meshes since robot is deprecated
- drop dependency on hpp-corbaserver
- CMake Exports

Packaging changes:
- removed patch-aa, applied upstream
