Add default value to JointModelBase indexes

[Algo] Add a simple algo to update the global placement of the joints when only relative placement are computed

Clean Joint{Model,Data}Base + refactor Joint{Model,Data}Composite

It now properly does right computation.

Fix bug in parsing of ROS_PACKAGE_PATH variable

  - last path was not retrieved.
