Previous package was using the git tag of the day.

can-utils was hosted on gitorious. The build system changed and
come code was fixed/added. Unfortunatly no formal release yet
from Github.

can-utils is a set of userspace tools for the Linux Socket-CAN
CAN bus network drivers layers.
