Adds IR image support, an OpenCV wrapper and a synchronous API.

Initial Work done by Nizar, additional patches by me.

For now the python bindings are not built (they depend on cython).

While here, tidy the Makefile: reorder statements, add maintainer, remove
superflous decl etc.

Mostly build system churn for now.

They have merged back ros-pkg changes, and made progress on the build
infrastructure.

- API cleanups, including support of motor and led
- internal driver improvements including more robust initialization.

The developers changed their mind again and have renamed the library
back to libfreenect.

and changed name.
