[wip/rqt-dynamic-graph] Release v1.0.0

Introduces a widget with completion to access dynamic_graph python interpreter.
Works only on 14.04 LTS
The package relies on spyder (yet to put in the dependencies and relies on Qt4)
which is incompatible with ROS kinetic (Qt5)
