[wip/MPC] Add a patch to fix the computation of library name

Use Boost_SYSTEM_LIBRARY_RELEASE instead of Boost_SYSTEM_LIBRARY to
compute the name of the library because Boost_SYSTEM_LIBRARY can contain
a list of library path with the associated configuration (debug, release
...)
