[wip/visp] Patch locally ViSP to fix broken vp_deprecated macro.

ViSP checks is UNIX CPP symbol is defined to switch between deprecated
macro implementations. Unfortunately, it does not seem extremely
reliable and sometimes the wrong implementation is chosen. Fix this
bug.

	* visp/distinfo: Regenerate.
	* visp/patches/patch-d: New.
