In order:
- GEPETTO_VIEWER_HOST, GEPETTO_VIEWER_PORT environment variables
- /gepetto_viewer/host, /gepetto_viewer/port ROS parameters
- use default values: "localhost", 2809

Python interface uses (x,y,z,w) convention for quaternions.

* This should fix issue #50 on github.

Do not throw when adding a node whose name already exists.

Fix linkage issue
