Improved the printing message

Carlos Mastalli requested to merge print_option into devel

This PR improves the printing message in our DDP solver. I used Ipopt standard to define it. At the moment there is just one level of printing, however we could define more levels in the future.

This PR tackles the task #32 (closed).
