[scripts] Add python file to start simulation for 16.04
Add an equivalent script of start_talos_gazebo.py for ubuntu 16.04. Fix the unfound path of the talos urdf in 16.04.
Warning: It doesn't start the roscontroller, you have to launch it in another terminal with roslaunch roscontrol_sot_talos sot_talos_controller_gazebo.launch

Otherwise the data are not correctly dumped when the process is killed.
