Remove conflicting python package which prevents rosmsg viewing

This is what I referenced in the other PR - on the robot we had to remove the Python code as it's __init__ overwrites the generated msg-init code and thus breaks rostopic and other tools. We dont necessarily need to merge it - but this is required on robot
