Mpi/crocoddyl topic/test pinocchio state

Implement the unit-tests for the StateMultibody (pinocchio). Added the test for a couple of models:

  • example-robot-data/talos_data/urdf/talos_reduced.urdf
  • example-robot-data/hyq_description/robots/hyq_no_sensors.urdf
  • example-robot-data/talos_data/robots/talos_left_arm.urdf
  • Random humanoid
