As discussed with @stonneau @pfernbac @florent, a new lightweight procedure is to be setup to avoid generating conflicts with new features.

The file script/README.md contains a draft of this procedure. It is to be discussed. @gsaurel I started to write the scripts. I realized that you may already have similar scripts.
