[readme] Add 2 solutions of bold small caps provided by Overleaf support team, add description and minimal sample to this problem

[tlsflyleaf] Update ED MITT for cotutelle, format the file by replacing tab by space and remove unecessary spaces

This fixes a problem of all chapters apearing in the recto of the pages.

When using \printnomenclature from nomencl, the chapter's mini table of contents
appears shifted by one chapter (minitoc from chapter 1 in chapter 2, and so
on). Adding /mtcfixnomenclature fixes the problem in these cases.

Added comment to inform user of the problem and when to use the fix.
