Correct issues with filesystem.

The code can now compile without.

    Both methods take a task as input and forward to Solver.sot.

Specified -ldynamic.so whereas this package does not generate
libdynamic.so file. Instead this is :
${CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX}/lib/plugin/dynamic.so
which is generated.
Further modifications will be needed to support other platforms.

This does not affect the compilation on Ubuntu 10.04.

    These commits introduce a bug in the generation of python modules:
    shared objects wrap.so have been renamed but __init__.py files still try
    to import them with the old name.
