Add rehad driver to the build system

Paul Florence requested to merge pflorence/rehad-chipyard-linux:master into master

This MR integrates the driver living under https://gitlab.laas.fr/rehad/rehad-linux-module to the build system. Once this MR is merged, you should be able to find the resulting kernel module and it's executable under the board /opt folder. This adds 32 KiB of data to be uploaded onto the board.
