Improve CoM admittance control

This is the follow-up of #56 (closed). To summarize, the CoM admittance control scheme (with CoM estimation) is only working with very low gains. With gains comparable to those of Caron, the robot is visibly shaking. We should understand what's wrong and try to fix it
