Choose estimation implementation

This is a technical task. Its objective is only to identify in which repo to implement the filter, with or without Python (Matlab?) prototyping, based or not on previous code of Gepetto.

We decided to go with the following directions:

• validate the estimator of @tflayols on Talos, possibly getting the update from Paul.
• implement the KF of Pat Wensing for merging positions, validating that it improves the velocity estimation.
• implement COM estimation from force measurements.
