The policy of ROS to set ROS_PACKAGE_PATH when sourcing setup.bash is not
  clear. Sometimes, /opt/ros/${distro}/setup.bash is set in ROS_PACKAGE_PATH,
  sometimes not.

Cmake packaging

  - update all repositories for which a variable ${repository}_repository is
    defined.

  - install baxter_description from github,
  - add targets for Romeo,
  - remove reference to hpp-model and hpp-model-urdf.

  wrong cache variable name HPP_MANIPULATION_HAS_WHOLEBODY_STEP,
  express dependency of hpp-manipulation-corba to hpp-template-corba when
  hpp-wholebody-step-corba is not installed.

  - there was a remaining Ubuntu-14.04.

  - collada plugin for OpenSceneGraph is installed in lib64 directory.
