We don't need any ordering here.

Plus it's faster.

  Explicit relative pose take values in R^3xSO(3) in the implicit formulation.

  - radius and wheel joints are now provided by parameters through class
    Problem,
  - distance does not need steering method anymore.

  Constructors that used to take const Problem& as input now take
  const ProblemConstPtr_t.
  Classes that used to store a const Problem& now store a
  ProblemConstWkPtr_t.

  Do not test template classes that are not instantiated.

  - Provide comparison type to implicit constraints.
