CkwsPathPlanner is a more general class than CkwsPathOptimizer. This
    commit allows to post-process the solution of a path planning problem
    with more algorithms.

    Remove trailing white spaces.

    When setting the steering method of a CkppDeviceComponent, it is
    important to use steeringMethodComponent setter.

    Initialization is slightly different depending on whether the object is embedded
    into an add-on.

    When building a robot with Kineo parser, the construction of the dynamic
    part of the kinematic chain is delayed. Calling this functions triggers
    construction of the kinematic chain.

    ChppBody -> hpp::model::Body.

	ChppBody -> hpp::model::Body.

       ChppPlanner -> hpp::core::Planner,
       ChppProblem -> hpp::core::Problem,
       ChppColPair -> hpp::core::CollisionPair.
