Subject: [PATCH] [wip/tiago-metapkg-ros-control-sot] Update to v1.0.5

Changes in v1.0.5:
- Add option end_effector to geometric_simu
- mobile base can be use in real robot, not only the base
- Move generation of list of joint names to a separate launch file.
