Topic/end effector srdf

Carlos Mastalli requested to merge cmastall/example-robot-data:topic/end-effector-srdf into devel

This PR makes the following changes:

  1. Added the end_effector tag for Talos, ICub and HyQ
  2. Defined properly the tip_frame inside different chains of HyQ.
  3. Cleaned up the both humanoid SRDFs, just to make look them similar.
